Who is Minside for?

How do I know the data isn’t manipulated?
Every source is clearly attributed, and you can verify each indicator on the public source page.
How often is data updated?
Data appears in Minside as it is published by official sources. Every plan sees the latest available figures; the lag comes from the sources, not from your plan. On Agency you can also enable notifications when new data arrives.
Where can I see ANCPI statistics without an account?
We publish monthly national totals and top counties for ANCPI transactions and ANCPI mortgages, with month-over-month and year-over-year comparisons.
Can I create a CMA for free?
Yes. Without a subscription you get one document for the lifetime of your organization, an ACP or a market report, your choice. Agency adds 15 documents a month for every capacity, plus team seats and data notifications.
Can I use the figures with an owner or on social?
Yes. Residential-market figures are for conversations, live streams, and agency materials. For site publishing via API, email hello@minside.ro. API access is configured manually.
